Project Supervision

GDC assigns a project manager for each project. Our management team of professionals interface with the design team, engineers and quality control personnel on a daily basis. Project supervision is where the execution of our daily assessments takes place. The result is to complete the project based on the time line and budget as planned.

GDC’s management team has collectively over 100 years experience in design, development and construction. Our projects have ranged from single family homes to billion dollar industrial construction.  We pride ourselves in our ability to manage multiple domestic projects and diverse international projects with our superior Team of professionals.
